Learning Outcomes

After the program, students will be able to assume the responsibilities of the Chief Data Officer role, set the data management framework and add significant value to the organization thanks to solid data governance, thanks to the following capabilities:

Define and lead all activities of an organization around data as strategic business partner
Create and maintain a culture of data driven operations and decision making
Assess and steer the value chain from a data perspective
Develop and implement, in collaboration with the relevant actors within the organization, a comprehensive data strategy
Materialize the strategy at the infrastructure and application level
Establish appropriate data practices within the organization
Engage the upper management in all data initiatives
Lead innovations based on the data asset of the organization

Program structure

The program extends on four months, with four two-day workshops as well as three practical projects. The trainer accompanies the group over the entire cycle. As option, the participant can write a master thesis about the subject and acquire a certification in advanced strategic data management.
